Great stay in the heart of city with excellent hospitality

Perfect location with awesome services. Very close from Southern cross station only few tram stops. The room was spacious we stay in 2BR apartments and complete with anything that you need. I love the pool view I reckon they have one of the best infinity pool view on Melbourne. The front office manager and staff were very friendly, helpful and deliver a great hospitality experience. We just stay in and had dinner food is great with great selection of wine, really love their 12 month aged prosciutto, truly great experience and will definitely come back again.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment with family and friends! The place was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, and we all enjoyed the breathtaking city views, especially in the evening. The steam room and sauna were a fantastic bonus, giving us a relaxing spa-like experience. A special touch that made our stay even better was the thoughtful hospitality from the front office staff and the manager they gave chocolates and activity books to our kids, which made them so happy! It was the perfect spot for a fun and memorable getaway. The host was friendly and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend for families and groups looking for a great place to relax and enjoy!

As an Acor member I'm entitled to a drinks voucher upon checkin. I stayed a total of three nights. I was asked by the hotel to renew my booking online each time. RIDICULOUSE. They couldn't be bothered to do it for me. Not to mention, I inadvertently book the wrong night and I was told to book the correct night again and they will process a credit. I'm still waiting. Each time I rebooked I would receive my drinks voucher. I dined at their restaurant one night and was challenged and questioned by the barman as to why I had so many vouchers. I was so embarrassed. I told him, rather than make me feel like I am doing something wrong that he needed to take it up with the front desk. It's a Friday night and I had no access to a night manager, instead I'm now speaking to a staff member who did not want to assist. Absolutely appalling. If you want to stay in a great hotel, go to Novotel in Southwarf.

The room I booked was a deluxe one bedroom apartment. I’m not sure what makes this deluxe, it only has a large double bed, pillows were really past their best and the overall apartment was quite small and very basic. The most disappointing part though was the swimming pool. It is so small that we couldn’t even get in it. The pool would only comfortably fit a total of 5 adults which due to the warm weather while we were there, a lot more guests wanted to have a swim but couldn’t. The pictures on the website make it look so much larger and luxurious which it definitely isn’t. We had booked it on those facilities being available and the pictures on the website. Very disappointing stay would not recommend.
