No water provided in the room and the reception sends you to the restaurant to buy a bottle of water! Cost savings instead of looking after ( platinum ) Accor customers. Not good enough ! Rooms toward the street very loud ! Will probably go back to Novotel in Preston

While I appreciate your loyalty - I assure the customer service is our number priority, and we thrive for. In regards to the water, we do have the complimentary filter in the ground level of the hotel with hot / cold water - as part of the Environemtal sustainability Governance, we are completely eliminating single use plastics and water bottle is one of them. Great Hotel

My son and I have stayed here a few times as it’s very local to what we need when we’re in Melbourne. The rooms & bathrooms are always very clean, the beds are really comfortable and I suffer from chronic pain so normally hotel beds I find are not the best. The a/c in the rooms work really well and I love that parking is for free. The wifi is very good and I love that there is ChromeCast on the TV’s so you can stream whatever you want to stream and it it’s super easy to setup. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel and plan on staying there again next week in fact!

Clean room and good location to hospitals. Walkable. Pleasant stay. Onsite brewery/restaurant was very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful and no issues with check-in and checkout. Will definitely stay again if needed to be in this area

Great family stay at Epping Mantra

My family booked a double apartment, it had all the facilities we could ask for, kitchen, laundry, kids playpen, etc. The staff was very Friendly, housekeeping was super efficient and the buffer offering was very broad and delicious. The hotel itself is not too far away from the airport, and is also close to the Epping Shopping centre. It is close to major motorways making it easy to get around town.

Me and my fiancé loved our time here and would recommend it to any of our friends. Great service and great rooms. My favourite was the breakfast buffet, the location and especially the room. Definetly will be back when coming back to Melbourne next year. Thanks mantra.
