Perfect location for work. Rooms are fantastic and having the restaurant and bar open until late makes it a perfect place to stay.

The Mantra Epping is ticking all the boxes for a lovely comfortable and convenient accommodation spot. Rooms were modern, cozy and yes even the first floor was quiet allowing for a great nights sleep. The walk in shower was spacious and rejuvenating with a very functional bathroom. Dining in house is an absolute must with a walkthrough to the connecting Republic Tavern. A selection of both bistro favourites and awesome selection of craft beers and wines. You will be well looked after by Callum up front or the lovely back of house chefs Aimee, Suraj and Rahul. The Republic Tavern really is a great space to relax, eat, drink, meet friends, watch some sports or play some pool. Alternatively you can find some space to claim as your own. The bistro is open to the public and really family friendly. From office staff Ash, Kam and Marianna will have all your check-in check-out needs taken care of any of course any other bits and pieces you made need during your stay, they are only a call or stroll away, don’t hesitate they are extraordinarily friendly and professional. Finally you have to start your new day after a wonderful refreshing rest with a divine breakfast buffet. Again here the most endearing Jam and Nathalie will provide you with all you need including a top end barista coffee, yum! Ultimately we rate this stay at the Mantra 5 star a wonderful option for airport travellers or business or leisure needs in the area.

Terrible Customer care

I had 3 room changes over 2 days. Finally got to my 4th room after demanding that my aircon and tv should work as a basic service in this 4 star hotel not to mention the room temp up to 30 degrees without cooling! The reception team never even came up to check if it was working or not. I had to complain multiple times and force them to act. Even so, I had to go down to reception to collect new keys and return old keys! You’d think by the 3rd room, someone would come and physically check to verify the problem …. But No one did!

Do not stay here-Horrendously noisy hotel

Do not stay at this terribly noisy hotel. It is the worst hotel for continuous loud road noise ever, and I have stayed in lots of hotels. I asked for a quiet room not overlooking the noisy Cooper Street. My request was ignored and the receptionist flatly refused to give me a quieter room saying they had no quiet rooms. This is a disgraceful place and you will be bombarded with loud traffic noise all night and day. Trucks, utes, motorbikes roaring past, and I was on the top fifth floor. BE WARNED, DO NOT EVER USE THIS HOTEL

A 4 star hotel that does not even provide a bottle of water in the room any more!

No water provided in the room and the reception sends you to the restaurant to buy a bottle of water! Cost savings instead of looking after ( platinum ) Accor customers. Not good enough ! Rooms toward the street very loud ! Will probably go back to Novotel in Preston

In regards to the water, we do have the complimentary filter in the ground level of the hotel with hot / cold water - as part of the Environemtal sustainability Governance, we are completely eliminating single use plastics and water bottle is one of them.
