Dear Junyi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay at Novotel Melbourne Airport. We are very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay, particularly regarding the check-in process, room amenities, and your concerns related to payment handling. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. As soon as we received your message, we have processed a full refund for the charge in question. A confirmation email, including your final tax invoice and proof of refund, has been sent to your registered email address for your reference.
