Everything in the resort is kept impeccably clean apart from the seat pads in the restaurant. As these pads are fabric and it is a family oriented resort, this is understandable. Unsure how this can be resolved. All the staff we had contact with were absolutely lovely. Kind, helpful and smiley. The Thai food selection was lovely as expected in Thailand. We didn’t try many of the international dishes. We were very disappointed that a house wine wasn’t included in the all inclusive package. We don’t like the sugary sweet cocktails but enjoy a glass of wine at lunch and dinner. I understand that Thailand is not a producer but probably an option to increase the price slightly of the all inclusive option to include wine for those who choose to take it up. The reception manager, Nok, can’t do enough for you. Kind, helpful and very professional.

We loved everything about this beautiful resort. Firstly the pool is the best resort pool I’ve ever experienced. So clean, so big, perfect depth and the temperature was sooooo good. I have never spent so much time in a pool on any holiday I’ve ever had. The food is heavenly. So much variety and if you cannot find something you like then that is on you. I could not get enough of the buffet. Did not eat one thing I didn’t love. The facilities and grounds are immaculate. The resort spa was stunning. We had the most beautiful massage. This resort is isolated, 20 minutes into town on tuk tuk but we did not care. We loved the fact we were able to simple switch off and relax without feeling overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of a busy place. We cannot wait to come back. Our 7 year old adored it too. Wonderful kids club, waterslide, movie nights. Just a brilliant resort in every way. Thank you for having us!

I had the pleasure of staying here for few nights and would likely visit again. The hotel is quite far from anything - however it's a perfect hotel to relax and recharge. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious alongside generous pool facilities. I would like to place a special thank you to the following members of the team who really excelled and wish them all the best in their careers: - Jee Natty - Spa - Ko Mai - Kram - Lisa - Kram - Man & Ta - the chefs at Kram beach club. The only improvements I would suggest is to the review the quality of the breakfast buffet and the wine list available at the Kram beach club. Thank you.

We stay at Pullman KhaoLak for 3nights. Hotel staffs are friendly especially at Plai breakfast ( P’Nam ). Hotel have their own private beach that you can watch sunset at the evening. Highly recommended!!

Everything at the resort was superb. All ammenities, pools and dining were way above expectations. Every staff member wished only to please us and ensure our 5 star holiday was the best ever. We are coming back soon and I have told my family, friends and work colleagues about the outstanding Khao Lak Pullman Resort. Ying and Nok our room attendants were so caring and kind. Best massages from Was and Natty, found every sore spot. Jo at the pool bar was awesome and Toey and the entertainment team were always eager to assist. Great holiday, fantastic for couples, families and all.
