ทุกอย่างโอเคหมด ทั้งห้องพักและบรรยากาศเหมือนได้มาพักผ่อนจริงๆ แต่วันนั้นไปทาน Dinner สเต๊ก พอไปได้นั่งข้างนอก ก็เลยขอสเปรย์กันยุงพนักงาน พนักงานแจ้งว่าไม่มี ถ้าไม่สะดวกย้ายไปนั่งข้างในได้นะ ในใจ งง ก็เลยบอกไม่เป็นไร สักแปปพี่อีกคนมา ก็เลยลองขอใหม่ พี่เค้าแจ้งว่า เดี๋ยวหนูไปเอาจากห้องอาหารอีกห้องมาให้นะคะ ซึ่งนี่คือ การบริการและการแก้ไขปัญหา
