I am sorry to read that the food did not meet your expectations. We aim to deliver an authentic Thai experience for our guests, and many of our international guests do wish to enjoy Thai food with genuine spice levels. Our team should always check preferred spice levels when taking orders, and I am sorry if this was not managed clearly or consistently during your stay. I also note your comments regarding the variety, fried chicken, ham, and cheese. We believe the quality of the product offered is in line with, or above, comparable resorts for the rates being paid at this time of year, and your comments do not reflect the majority of feedback we receive from other guests. That being said, I will still share your comments with our culinary team for review, particularly regarding the chicken preparation and presentation. Thank you again for your comments.
