pullman khao lak is a 5 star hotel,which make me comfortable nad relaxed.Especially Guest experience team :Gin,milk and lisa.They made good concern to me.This morning I found mosquito and catched by them,they gave me medicine,it made me recovery quickly.it has excellent buffet breakfast，and beautiful beach.The stuff check in and check out quickly.They are all warm and friendly,especially Gin,she is Chinese,she speak Chinese to help us solve many problems.

It was a fantastic stay with my family, with plenty of activities for kids. My son was so happy that he didn’t want to leave. All the staff were helpful and friendly. I received a birthday cake, bed decoration, and birthday wish from Jee Milk during check out which very surprised. We will definitely return!

Beautiful peaceful location

We stayed at this beautiful resort for 9 nights in Nov 2024. From the time we arrived to when we left, we were well looked after. The staff went above and beyond. We stayed in a pool access room which was very spacious and clean. The whole resort was amazing. We had all inclusive ,the buffet meals were great with different meal themed nights, there were a great variety of cocktails to choose from. All staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their face. Excellent service from Ms Jee Nok executive housekeeper made sure we were well looked after. Ms Jee wit, Ms Jèe Mat, Ms Jee Meen just to name a few were fantastic. . Hope to be back next year with the family. While this Resort is aprox 1/2 hour north of the main shopping area of khoa Lak, there are local markets with a free shuttle service each day. We would recommend this resort for those who are seeking a quiet , relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable holiday. Nicky & Mike

The resort is wonderfull staff always have a smile one their faces. Beach was wonderful. The food was excellent it has so much to choose from catering for everyone. The ladies that kept our room clean were wonderful would like to thank Jee Ying, Jee Anny & Jee Bee. On the day of us leaving they came to say goodbye which filled my eyes with tears. We will be back end of 2025. I feel as if I have an extended family with the lovely staff at this resort would recommended it for families with kids

Nice food and rooms but better off khao Lak centre.

Resort is very nice rooms are clean but no 5 star amenities so make sure you bring your own. English is not widely understood so asking for anything becomes a mission with all staff getting involved. Best to figure it out yourself. Distance to town is an issue and the courtesy van is charged each way per person.
