Loved staying at Pullman Stayed in Room 6304 which gave a great view of beach and Xmas eve party Enjoyed cabanas and loungers at both pools with great bar service (one day it took longer than usual but all staff remember your favourite drinks and room numbers and always service with a smile. Only gripe would be cabanas weren’t very clean and could certainly do with a tidy but throw some towels over from the friendly towel staff and your set We loved the included massage thru Luxury Escapes and upgraded - my husband hates massages and he was super impressed Both restaurants we enjoyed - the buffet had something for everyone it was a shame the hotel can’t turn away rude obnoxious adults who bring their unruly kids but hey lol. We used the bikes and cycled a ten kilometre loop including travelling to local 711 and utilised the hotel shuttle easily enough too. Really appreciated the late night dinner when we arrived as it was after all restaurants closed so whilst not included in our package we were offered room service dinner this was a very nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean, well serviced and the service was very friendly. Great deal through luxury escapes . Thank you for a lovely Xmas trip

Friendly staff, Good location and beautiful facilities. As long as you stay within hotel for relaxing, it’s good option. Tour booking fest is also available with friendly staff. Thank you

Bad start to the day

Really not a 5star feeling . We checked in too late and very surprised to know that 5 star resort doesn’t have all day dining . Also just very few option for food for vegetarian My child was admitted in hospital we reached at 10.30 pm . I am an Accor member I asked them 30 % discount but they refused to give tht for room service. That is understood but as a humanity u shud understood in some cases. We clarified and explained we are pure vegetarians and still they gave us fish oil My child ate it . This was really really unacceptable. I have been an Accor member for almost 7-8 years but I didn’t expect this from Pullman kind of resort . We have had a very bad start of the day. Note : if u do not understand vegetarian just simply say no to customer , we do not provide vegetarian rather then breaking someones religious belief. We will arrange from somewhere . In my 38 years first time I had to go through this . That I ate non veg food.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at pullman khaolak Resort . From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. But what really made our visit stand out was the incredible staff. Gin is so friendly and always greeting us during the breakfast. Overall, everything was perfect and I will return back next time for sure

Highly recommend this resort, you will not be disappointed staying at Pullman Khao Lak. We booked 4 rooms through Luxury Escapes all inclusive for our family of adult children. We loved the location, the rooms and the grounds. Staff were amazing, our escape was the perfect way to unwind and spend some quality time together. We found it easy to get transport and book day trips from the resort if we wanted to head out for the day. Food and drinks were great, a fun packed holiday, balanced with times of pure bliss!
