The only problem we had was lack of staff in one area only! Restaurant and communal areas. Food area was not cleaned, covered sufficiently or topped up any where near enough tables and floor dirty resulting in more flies than acceptable, such a shame because just 1 or 2 more staff would have made it fabulous xx

Well located for business, very comfortable room and a few staff who went the extra mile in challenging circumstances. Poor internet connection and password hand outs, food quality and service unpredictable and clear labour /skills shortage which put undue pressure on some staff - several taking on many tasks which were not appropriate for their status.
