Room, location and friendliness of staff all perfect. If I was to offer any constructive comments it would be yo offer a greater variety on the menu and perhaps consider stand up showers. These are just things but I needs to emphasise I was very happy at the Mantis.

It was a pleasure to stay at your hotel. The service was warm and consistent across all touch points - reception, waiter, and bar. There was some room for improvement in housekeeping and some maintenance needed, but it did not detract from my stay at all.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mantis Hotel. Besides a few maintenance issues we were very comfortable. The main feedback we would like to give you is that your air conditioning system needs a major maintenance with the airconditioner drain pump making noises all day and night even when switched off. The exhaust fan and the ducts for it in the bathroom needs to be cleaned and serviced. Very loud. We had to have both appliances have their power cut off to be able to sleep at night. We were in room 1.

I paid €165 for a room that had no hot water. Not good enough. I also had to pay more than a month in advance. £25 per person for minibus to the airport. We calculated our bus alone made £400 for <1 hour’s work.

The only problem we had was lack of staff in one area only! Restaurant and communal areas. Food area was not cleaned, covered sufficiently or topped up any where near enough tables and floor dirty resulting in more flies than acceptable, such a shame because just 1 or 2 more staff would have made it fabulous xx

Well located for business, very comfortable room and a few staff who went the extra mile in challenging circumstances. Poor internet connection and password hand outs, food quality and service unpredictable and clear labour /skills shortage which put undue pressure on some staff - several taking on many tasks which were not appropriate for their status.

The hotel is in the centre of town so handy for shops and restaurants and taxis are available. We stayed in a Heritage room which was large with a high ceiling and a ceiling fan. Preferred this to the aircon. The bathroom is large and the walk-in shower is spacious. The shower is excellent. Only had one meal there which was a buffet. The food was satisfactory. Breakfast was ok. Eggs made to order. The staff are really friendly.
