Really not the luxury we were anticipating. Weather stifling. Nowhere to eat or spend time in air conditioning. Should have at least an air conditioned dining room. They actually do but the air con units do not work well and was just too hot. Food was ok, not wonderful. Just didn't live up to the expectations. Beach was not swimmable with the sea urchins. Had to walk some way up the beach to get there typical Zanzibar beaches we had heard about, however still sea urchins.

Went with family and had an amazing time! From arriving we were greeted with warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent and were always friendly and helpful. The resort itself is beautiful. They have comfortable rooms, 2 swimming pools and stunning views of the turqoise waters. The breakfast was also a treat every morning with a great variety of options. If you're looking for a place in Nungwi, can highly recommend this place.

More urban setting. Varied category of rooms. Roof top bar. Yummy buffets Beautiful infinity pools. Courteous professional staff. I loved the hammock. The tap water was salty so they provide bottled water so guests can brush teeth comfortably. Breathtaking views

Lovely holiday at a superb location in Zanzibar

A beautiful boutique hotel in super location with very caring staff.The room was excellent Choose of food was generous.The combination of swimming in the infinity pools and sea made the holiday special.i really recommend this hotel of a special holiday on the Spice Island Zanzibar!

We stayed 5 nights. The service at the hotel was great. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I would like to make special mention of Victor, Kisa and Latifah who served us during our stay there. We had a small shower issue, and it was sorted out in no time with a complimentary food platter and a note waiting for us in our room. The food was good. The hotel arranged entertainment almost every evening, from movie nights to local dancing and acrobatics.The pool areas were always clean and fresh pool towels were always available. The location is just out of the busyness of Nungwi beach, but we preferred that. If you preferred crowds, you could get to the busier areas in minutes. Excursions can easily be arranged with a tour company on site. The views are amazing and the sea life we could explore in low tide was amazing. The Massai on the beach spend a couple of hours with us explaining all the sea life one morning. The room was very neat and clean. We loved every minute of our stay and definitely recommend staying there. We give you a 9/10 Nungwi Dreams by Mantis. Thank you for an unforgettable time
