Regarding your room access, please allow us to clarify that our standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m. On the day of departure, our system automatically deactivates all room key cards at that time. This is a standard system process applied to every departing guest. Should access to the room be required after 11:00 a.m. to collect personal belongings, our Reception team is always happy to reactivate the key card immediately upon request. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused. With regard to your airport transfer, the taxi service arranged through the hotel follows a fixed rate, which may differ from the standard metered fare. We understand that this was not what you expected, and we are sorry if this was not communicated clearly when the reservation was made. We will use your feedback as a reminder to ensure that this information is always explained in advance so that our guests can make an informed choice.
