My husband and I stayed at Peppers Silo for our baby moon and it was very relaxing. The room was great and comfortable with beautiful views of the Tamar river. The staff were prompt when minor issues came up. The food at Grains for breakfast was fantastic and service exceptional too.

We stayed here with our family in two rooms. The service was excellent. Rooms were very large and spacious. Nicely lit also with large windows. Very quiet even at early hours of the morning. Good parking options at the hotel or across the road. Gym is well equiped and really enjoyed Archie the hotel dog who greets you at reception. Highly recommend.

Short stay in Launceston

Nice large rooms, clean and quiet. Great restaurant and Cafe on site, and sufficient parking, unlike some of the other hotels in Launceston. Whilst the hotel is located just outside the CBD, it still allows for quick access, short walk or car trip, to the shops and plentiful restaurants, and it has a great view over the Tamar River.

No picture I have googled could do justice to the real ambience inside and the top of the line service (still maintaining enough space to enjoy solitude). The rooms are converted silos (mine was malt barley) and 75% of the wall was retained the same way was the magic spell once you enter your room. We were a family of 3 adults and we found it very spacious even after two beds and an amazing view of the river alive with tide and tourist boat rides. However the winning streak is the Ala carte breakfast - what high standards the food and service was. Ambience was so fresh that you will feel within nature. The food is well plated and served with lots of love and warmth and lots of smile. We felt like having our meal amidst family and friends. The river with ligh-low tides made the place alive with boat rides happening and an exotic jetty behind. Flanked by a children’s park which is so large that you will just get lost in the fun and laughter of the kids enjoying. Guys - too good a property. Pls don’t miss out and I am not even an Accor member - it is my honest feedback.

The staff, Chelsea and Emily were amazing and very accommodating. Thankyou to you both! The hotel room felt luxurious - good space and the view of the entrance of Cataract Gorge was stunning. Room service was excellent - great burgers. Yummy breakfast in the restaurant. A great stay. And Archie- what a gorgeous boy.
