I visit My children every school holidays and this time,by far ,staying at the Mantra has been the best experience of all of them, I really like my room and I would have rated the hotel extremely satisfied with the 10, All of the staff Australian professional and very polite and helpful I was really appreciative of accommodating my children for breakfast and allowing them to come up to my room as well. The location was fantastic and very handy, I thought the idea of skipping housekeeping was a fantastic idea for your guests and for our planet. Because I liked your staff so much I tipped it to them on checkout :) thanx for everything ! Why I didn't rate it a 10 even tho it has been the best hotel I've stayed in launceston. I really believe in feedback, and it would be remiss of me to not point out where I think there could be improvement My heater was not enough to heat my room and I could feel the cold coming thru the balcony window. I was slightly disappointed with the size of breakfast, the taste was fantastic, for $30 I expected to be full but stopped at McDonald's afterwards, Overall extremely satisfied with staying at the Mantra and as soon as I know what dates I will have next holidays in 12 weeks, I am booking again with the Mantra. I booked a few weeks prior to my stay, requesting two rooms close together due to a medical need. Called the day before to confirm. When I arrived, the rooms were opposite ends of the hall. I consulted the staff and was told that all rooms were full and nothing could be done. I would like to stay there again, but need the rooms together. I'm sure this can be accommodated. But the staff were reluctant to help and a bit rude about the whole thing.

The team did allocate the room three doors apart and I am sorry that closer rooms were not available due to already being occupied by other guests. Beautifully clean hotel, staff were very friendly and the rooms were immaculately clean. The restaurant staff in particular were simply lovely and I appreciated the care from your cheerful morning waitress who encouraged me to eat despite nerves due to a job interview. Thank you. Is the hotel haunted.. well, the light flashing randomly as soon as I got into bed on the first night stopped but only after I asked it politely to do so. The second night I abruptly awoke at 4am to a feeling someone was in the room. ´They' proceeded to tuck the extra blanket in around my feet. I was definitely alone but appreciated the gesture! :p Central to town, coffee shops and medical facilities, the Mantra Charles and staff are a credit to the brand. And so are the other 'résidents' who also put the guest experience first!

Nice, large room, very comfortable. Hotel a little out of the way. Enjoyed the Accor Plus benefits and upgrade. Also a nice dinner in the restaurant. Nice, large room, very comfortable. O hotel tem uma ótima estrutura atendimento impecável, muito limpo ótimo custo benefício. A cidade é de 110mil habitantes com parques muito bonitos, um Museu de Carros antigos muito bonito que deve ser conhecido.
