First time customer at this Accor property. Booked 2 rooms for family for the night. Check in was a breeze. Very informative process which was pleasing as you'd be surprised on how many hotels don't do this. Parking is a breeze, lifts have hotel access which was great. Short walk at Lower Ground level to Southport Sharks Club. Mostly under cover so rain or shine you'll be fine. Rooms are a good size. Bed comfortable, wifi great and aircon worked great. Had a great first night but the next morning it all went downhill. Waited nearly 2 hours for room service breakfast. Multiple calls to reception yet still nothing so I called and cancelled the order. The food was delivered 10 mins after I cancelled the breakfast but it was too late. Didn't accept the food as we were packing to leave. As an ALL member it was unacceptable to make a guest wait that long for breakfast. I'm hoping my stay in September is better, fingers crossed!

Sean from room service you are a legend. Thank you for your help, very much appreciated. Mantra at Southport Sharks has become my favourite go to accommodation for the Southport area. Forget Airbnb everyone, Mantra Sharks do it better than anyone! The place has been really busy lately and still the service and cleanliness of the rooms is above any standard set. After 30 years in Hospitality...this team, at this awesome hotel do it best. Even the cheesy garlic bread rocks.

After we had a terrible experience at Mantra on View the night prior, we booked Mantra Southport Sharks, and have nothing but praise on the welcome, information, attentiveness and communication provided on check in. I was too sleep deprived to recall the concierges name on check in, but she should be commended on her hospitality. She had us checked in, and informed within minutes, with also provided information on Uber Eats, coffee and room service for breakfast. We were provided a much better rate than Mantra on View, free parking and a warm welcome that was informative. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. If you are looking for short term accommodation, close to the hospital - I would highly recommend

for my wife and i the location was convenient to the hospital which was the reason she booked it. my wife had to have a procedure and we didn't want to travel far afterwards so she booked this hotel. dropped my wife off at 7 and arrived at the hotel at 1.30 hoping i could get an early in, only to be told that as i hadn't made the booking i couldn't get access unless i could get my wife to contact them, obviously that wasn't possible, but they stuck to their bureaucratic guns. couldn't get access until i arrived with my wife at 4.30. wanted to use their restaurant but the lift wouldn't go to the top level, had to ask only to be told it wasn't open that day (june 10). my wife went to have a shower and was worried there was no hot water, we waited for ages and eventually it came (the hot water). once bitten, thrice shy, never here again.

Siamo capitati in questo hotel nel nostro viaggio di trasferimento verso il nord dell'Australia.l'albergo è di livello medio-alto con un rapporto prezzo-prestazioni assolutamente equilibrato ma perfettamente standard.Il motivo di questa recensione sta piuttosto nel caffè ristorante situato al rooftop dell'albergo dove opera Stefano, un pizzaiolo italiano di Chieti che offre in questo angolo sperduto dell'Australia pizze assolutamente deliziose anche per un palato italiano. Se capitate qui non vi perdete la sua gentilezza e la sua sapienza
