Location good for hospitals, but TINY rooms

This would have been one of the tiniest rooms I've ever stayed in. There was very little room to move around in either the bedroom or the bathroom. That said, they have used the available space well for storing items like suitcases (the beds are high because there are nooks underneath for large suitcases). There are clever spaces in the bathroom, but really this room is suitable for a single traveller with limited luggage who just wants a bed for a night or two, not a couple. This is not a room that invites you to stay in it for any length of time. They say it's an 'edited hotel experience'- by that they mean they've cut out space! We were from the country and needed somewhere to stay close to the hospitals. It wasn't until we were finding a street parking space (free from 6pm to 8am; very hard to get otherwise and the hotel only has 7 bays for an extra $30/night) that we saw a sign for a Holiday Inn nearby. If we had to do this again, I'd check them out as the rooms would have to be more like a standard hotel than this place. I wouldn't stay here again - one night was enough.

Really small room and overpriced. I have never been in small rooms like this, the rates are the same as Westin Perth. The reception staff are unprofessional. Hats off to the cleaning staff god knows how they do it in this small area. They cant run the vacuum cleaners properly there.

Lobby is great. Cool vibe. I’ll chalk it up to being a dumb American who doesn’t understand m2 sizes but the rooms are very tiny. Like New York City style tiny. The furnishings are nice but it lacks any space in the bathroom for your toiletries. Love the provided toiletries in the shower. But don’t stay in the shower too long. I was in for 10 mins and the drain was too slow and I started to flood that bathroom. No place to lay out your bag. Called reception never answered. All the desserts on the ordering app said the item was not valid. Boo. It’s my fav part of traveling for work! If you’re ok with a tiny room, then the bed is firm and the pillows very soft.

It looks great on website and it is, but just not in rooms or hallways. Terrible

Never again it was terrible. The lady that booked us in knew the occassion and said she would write notes on booking and put something extra in room. Didnt happen. I applied for free membership as suggested by reservations member, that all came thru .... but trying to convince the desk attendant took a bit. The Coffee sign was out, but when i asked desk they said 'no must have forgot to bring sign in' but never went and got it! The room whilst advertised in sqm, is really really tiny, its only - walk around edge of bed big. I know its a standard room but thats rediculous! The whole place lacks colour in rooms and halls. All grey dark grey mirror , just awful no green plant no nothing. The hlbest they hit was red around the horrid hanging mirror. Halls are very desperate for a plant or SOMETHING! Paint all chipped off corner of wall edges. Extremely disappointing all round.

L'hotel viene pubblicizzato come centrale e moderno... In realtà si trova in una zona prossima al Kings Park, che é almeno una mezz'ora a piedi dal centro e dal porto. Ciò detto si tratta di una costruzione moderna e minimalista, con stanze piccole (per gli standard australiani), un bar anonimo, una lounge misera. Anche la colazione é scarna e poco attraente. Nella zona non c'é vita e le fermate dei mezzi pubblici sono distanti.

The hotel is advertised as central and modern ... Actually it is located in an area close to Kings Park, which is at least a half hour walk from the center and the port. That said it is a modern and minimalist construction, with small rooms (by Australian standards), an anonymous bar, a miserable lounge. Even the breakfast is meager and unattractive. There is no life in the area and public transport stops are far away. Hi Donar65, Thank you for your feedback. Being located in West Perth, we are within the free transit zone for easy access to the centre of town, with local transport options just around the corner. Sorry to hear that you found our interior disappointing. It is something that guests normally rave about. Tribe is about "everything you need and nothing you dont." As you say, our rooms may be compact, but they are designed with clever space-saving solutions such as the under bed luggage storage and arm length stowages in the bathroom. We wish you safe travels.
