The Watson Adelaide - Art Series

The hotel experience is OK, friendly staff. The rooms are a decent size. I would not recommend for business travel - it doesn't have a restaurant or bar open at night which seems strange. Seems well set up for a family holiday or a quick stay. Beware they have poor processes if they overcharge you. They made a mistake on my recent trip and cannot refund on the spot. Their processes take 2-4 weeks to refund.

Terrific view of the city. Well located near a restaurant strip and supermarket. Friendly and kind staff. Big generous well appointed rooms. Good cafe down the bottom with great coffee. The room had excellent facilities including a washing machine. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Lovely room, clean, comfy and absolutley loved listening to all the birds outside! and surprisingly the toiletries were lovely (sometimes they can smell so gross!) would definitely stay again - my only critisism would be when we rang the front desk to ask for some help with foxtel channels we were told "I dont know" which wasnt very helpful

Easy access to shops and bus with all conveniences. Bed very comfortable, linen was very good. Had a pool and gym. Room was a Studio with plenty of room and it was very quiet. My room was near the lifts but I did not hear them at all.

Very friendly check in and welcome process and a nice room at The Watson. The pool area was lovely and peaceful and the view from the room over parklands was also very nice. Bed was comfortable and amenities in the room were good. There were some areas of the room that were not clean enough, however I fixed these myself and did not mention to hotel staff during my stay. The service level at checkin suggests that my concerns would have been adequately dealt with. Cafe downstairs is great for breakfast and lunch and I really enjoyed my stay.
