I received a warm welcome due to my birthday. They gave me complimentary car parking. The location is near the shopping centre and restaurants. Some restaurants are closed after midnight. When I arrived at 9 pm, some restaurants were still open.

The friendliness and attentiveness of the team is what stands out with my experience. Very accomodating and happy to help in any way. My only negative would be that the closing of front doors of rooms in the hallway can be loud and a point of annoyance. I understand it comes down to inconsiderate guest however I suspect the weight of the front doors the closing mechanism does contribute to the slamming of front doors. A simple possible solution would be a polite note to all guest to be gentle with the closing of the front doors. Wishful thinking on my part.

Reception service is efficient, friendly and welcoming and especially well received after a long flight to Melbourne. Hotel is well located in the suburb Boxhill , with Tram stop just outside the hotel. Hence Travel to the city is convenient using the tram . The Boxhill mall / eateries/ supermarket is a 1-2 min walk away. The kitchenette in the room is well equipped for a short term stay.

Fantastic stay, staff are incredibly helpful and kind, the location has a lot of interesting food options nearby and is not too far from Melbourne's CBD by car or tram/train. Ultimately a comfortable place to stay.
