Peppers Hotel was quite expensive for what it was. the rooms were quite small, they dont offer room cleaning daily. Our bins weren't emptied, towels and toilet paper were not replaced or refilled. we had to ring reception and ask for more. Location was good but breakfast was average.

Disappointing for price paid. Needs more employees.

Very poor hotel for a peppers and the price paid. Nowhere to get a drink after 5.30 pm. Nowhere to get a coffee in the morning. 7am fire alarm went off, many guests wandering around not knowing if real or false as no announcement made as to whether to stay or leave. On asking reception that morning if there was a fire, she just said “No Fire”. No explanation at all. On asking the staff about anything, drink, coffee, tv…..all we ever got was “we”re very short staffed”. Wanted some water, told to go to mini mart where a small bottle was $7. Don’t stay here, save your money and go elsewhere

Excellent property with wonderful staff, great amenities, location and spa. We were thrilled to receive the one-bedroom suite upgrade, and all our needs were met or exceeded. We haven't visited Salt in over 10 years and we were delighted to see the area maturing into a delightful place to rest and relax.

The room was fine, but the lack of staff at the bar outside the pool was not what I expected. When you charge the $$ that you do a standard of service should be available. The wait for drinks was terrible and we had to return to the bar numerous times to collect them after being told to take a seat. This should be looked at by mgmt.

We greatly appreciate you leaving your detailed comments for us. We regret your experience with us was not up to the standard we aim to offer our guests. Your comments are shared with our management team as we aim to address our guests concerns in hope to ensure future stays are at the highest standard possible.

Dated, expensive and lacking service.

This place has seen better days, it is surrounded by beautiful restaurants and scenery but the resort has not been maintained to a standard that aligns with the price requested. Service by the untrained lobby staff is lacking, there were many "computer says no" moments had during our 3 night stay. The room was dated, the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, the bathroom leaked and the floor had been worn down in common areas. The pool was nice, however, the bar shut early (5pm) for a function, this meant that most of the public areas were closed off to paying guests. There are better and cheaper places nearby, buyer beware.
