Disappointing

We booked to stay here as last time we loved it. This time it was a very different experience. The apartment was not clean on arrival. We paid for duly house keeping which was very average. They just changed the towels. The floor in this place is filthy. We paid to include breakfast as last time when we stayed it was a highlight ( during the pandemic ) this time it was below average. We only went once and gave all other mornings a miss . Such a shame that this property has gone downhill as it was once the right place to stay in Noosa. When I went and explained my concerns to reception the lady did not seem to care.

Disdain for guests - poor form Accor

Peppers is in a great location but that is about the best I can say. They really do take their closed market for granted I think. One feels very much abandoned in this place. The staff (granted they are probably largely under paid backpackers) have a total disinterest in supporting guests. Long waits to get something simple like a towel from a disinterested staff member, and villas that cost a bomb with little in the way of utilities - couldn’t even manage to get a face washer for the villa. We were not reliant on the buggy service but the staff could not give a hoot about helping out their guests struggling up hills with prams and small kids. It really does put a bad taste in your mouth for the money. I wonder if this is somewhat seperate from Accor as it’s soooo different (not in a good way) from their other house of brands. Avoid.

The best time ever in the Tree Top Villa

We had the best time in our 3 bedroom Tree Top Villa - the villa was well appointed and beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The cart service to the main street was a deal breaker too! We had breakfast included which was fantastic with so much variety. The staff were very welcoming and were very helpful in all our requests. Overall, we had the best experience as I celebrated a special birthday with the family and they had an unforgettable time - I also received the most beautiful gifts from the resort to top it off!

Noisy and No internet !!!!!

Extremely noisy room with trucks in and out of resort all day doing deliveries i imagine? Internet was out all week with no access to our emails unless we ventured much further away from resort. Customer service extremely ordinary and room service menu lame!!!

Dirty and poorly upkept rooms

We recently had 5 nights in an apartment at Peppers Noosa and were extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of our room, the kitchen was dirty, walls throughout the room seemed as though they had never been wiped down, ever. dirty windows, bathroom felt dark and dirty and blinds/furniture within the room was also dirty and stained. The room had a funny smell as if it was damp. I had to clean the apartment before we could settle in and feel comfortable to unpack our bags. No matter what setting the mini fridge was on it was freezing everything we put in there. Staff were friendly enough however cleaning crew looked very disinterested and it showed.. The main pool was dirty and cold, the lap pool was cleaner but still cold. Buffet breakfast was enjoyable every day and so was the golf buggy service to and from Hastings street. A beautiful spot located within the bush just a shame about the cleanliness of the room!! I don't think we will be rebooking due to poorly kept rooms.
