Mouldy , dirty units- avoid!!!

Absolutely disgusting and dirty unit. Arrived to an overwhelming stench of mould and mildew in the room- so bad I could barely sleep. The surfaces in the bedroom are dusty and covered in mould, bathroom had build up of filth and rusty bins in the toilet. Would have left if possible but it was a pre booked conference trip . We’ve stayed here on 2 occasions but this is the worst. Housekeeping needs to update its cleaning procedures , as there are many similar reviews recently.

Filthy and not at all luxury!!!

This place is not luxury, at 560/night it is dirty and ugly. There is green and pink and yellow mould growing in the shower and bathroom which I can wipe off with my finger - so it is filthy. The plugholes are dirty and rusty. I wouldn't want to have a bath! The bathroom smells dirty. The room is big and very basic - old style ugly melteca - like the tearoom at an industrial type workplace with damaged doors on cupboards etc. The room (except for bathroom) stinks of a pinesol smell. There was an opened, frozen milk in the fridge and only one coffee capsule in the apartment. The gym is small, stinks and the equipment is old and rusted with missing pins etc. The entrance to the building I was in is through a carpark and up filthy stairs. The food I had there though was delicious - lunch special and canapes. The mochaccino was weak, luke warm and watery. Definitely don't recommend as a luxury resort. It is ok for kids though probably as big rooms and lots of kids around (quite noisy crying kids).

Great stay, relaxing and amenities were pretty good. Peaceful surrounds close to all the amenities of Hastings Street. Set amongst the trees, it is hard to imagine we were only a 10 minute walk to Noosa and all that it has to offer - beaches, cafes, shopping all a short walk away.

Great family option in lovely setting close to Hastings St

Some surprising reviews led me to put a bit of detail into this one. Our room was in the Bayview complex and was an excellent , modern and clean 1 bedroom suite. Staff were outstanding , from reception through to the restaurant and bar folk. Unfailingly helpful - and most seemed to love their work. We were there for 9 nights - so had plenty of time to see the reality! Room service staff were diligent and thorough. Our balcony was large and actually functional - not a "Bay" view - more a rainforest! Breakfast was good - to very good. Great choices and excellent coffee. We loved it and would return

Dirty with no cleaners

Do not want to take away from the pleasant staff that were helpful and nice, however our room was extremely dirty, with bugs, dust, mold and dirty sheets. Over the three night stay the room was not made up once even though we left the note in the door signaling a clean was wanted. Disappointed in the room given the price and expectations of a reputable resort.
