A lovely weekend staying at Peppers. Lovely room, excellent front-of-house service, and secure parking in a convenient and central location. The only downside was the restaurant with poor service and average food. I had made a booking for dinner for the night we arrived. As we arrived later than expected, I went to the restaurant at check-in and advised that we would be fifteen minutes late. All good, but when we went at the notified time they had given my table away. Why?They did find me another table, but then it took them half an hour to take our meal order (after I went to the till area to ask them to come take our order). It was also strange that we could not enjoy the Welcome Drinks with our meal, as you could only have them at the bar, which is about 10m from the restaurant.

Had to turn Air Conditioner off due to the noise which made the room very cold and uncomfortable, no floor heating in the bathroom and tiles were freezing, I would hate to be staying during an actual winter. Offsite parking I think was excessive at $35 a day, coffee machine was not working in the breakfast area, not the auto one but the fresh bean machine. If we go back to Canberra, we won't be staying here

Great weekend trip to see a concert being held at Llewellyn Hall. Very quiet being a weekend. Upgraded from queen to king room but it was twin bed. Accor plus member so received sweet treat and sparking water welcome amenity. Chose this place as close to ANU and Lake Burley Griffin. Room large with sofa to sit on. Very quiet room except floor above creaked with heavy footed guest on one of the nights. A few stairs to get to the room, which were no problem but if you don't want stairs just make it clear when booking. Some minor repairs needed eg bedside lamp cover loose. White coffee cups are very stained so need descaling not just rinsing. Bedside light switch and PowerPoints not accessible when beds arranged in twin configuration. Chair has arms so does not fit under desk so not the best if you have to do work at the desk. Library bar or the lobby is lovely place to sit. Accor member welcome drink only available from the bar, not the restaurant. Wasn't told this at check in. Dinner at restaurant was great but it does not open Sundays and the bar was booked out Sunday night so did not eat at hotel then. Nearby restaurants within 1 block walking distance . Breakfast buffet small but adequate and dishes frequently replaced (continental buffet and made to order hot breakfast included in price). Uber to airport very early Monday morning was about $17. Yes will stay again.

Albergo spettacolare! Camera pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Bagno pulitissimo e all'avanguardia, sembra una stanza a se futuristica. Il wifi prendeva ovunque. La possibilità di cenare nel ristorante adiacente offre qualcosa in più al locale. La reception aperta a tutte le ore è un notevole pregio. Senza ombra di dubbio il miglior albergo di Canberra.

Hotel molto elegante e con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Addetti alla reception molto gentili e cortesi. Camera molto grande e ben rifinita, due finestre che si affacciano sul giardino interno. Letto matrimoniale molto comodo e ampia scrivania. Bagno moderno e raffinato con ampia doccia e grande lavandino. Ottimi prodotti da bagno in dotazione. Comodissimo armadio a muro situato nell'ampio ingresso. In dotazione l'immancabile bollitore con selezione di te e anche una macchina per il caffè espresso con diverse qualità di cialde. Unico piccolissimo neo di questo soggiorno la rumorosissima ventola d'aspirazione del bagno e lo scarico del lavandino otturato. Nel complesso l'hotel è dei migliori, molto elegante, comodo per visitare la città e a breve distanza dalla zona dei ristoranti e dei pub.
