Parking a disaster don’t pay for it not guaranteed and no consideration to disability parking

Location great, room and affordability great, parking disaster. Not monitored and pay then lose your spot. We paid parking and returned from a night out and were told sometimes guest have friends or people sneak in and use the spots when the gate is open. A simple card on every dash with parking paid would fix the problem and retrieve any vehicle parking without payment. Guests travelling from interstate or out of town, plan their trips depending on parking, with a disability this was appalling.

Terrible experience with check-in. It is not 24 hour reception as advertised but rather you have to try and call a phone number, tap your own credit card and try an issue a room key. After 30 minutes of mucking about (at 11pm) eventually the night manager appeared only to take me to the room with no key and was told to try and check in again the next morning. I asked him to leave a note so the receptionist would be aware of what happened, turns out he didn’t bother leaving a note so I had to re-explain the whole situation again. The night manager lied about the situation in saying that “it’s only not 24 hour reception today due to staff being ill” ….the well worn sign saying that reception is closed between 12 am and 6 am told me all I needed to know. Mattress tired. Swimming pool and Gym are not in in the hotel and require an additional card, of which they only have limited numbers and you have to get from reception. Issue is though that reception does not open at 6 am when the pool does (it eventually opens sometime between 615 and 7 am). Attempted to contact the hotel multiple times during my day to provide feedback and received zero response. This is very much a situation of false advertising which echos some of the other reviews.

Están remodelando el hotel y nos dieron una habitación en un piso donde estaban pintando. El polvo era mucho ytambien el desorden con canecas de pintura por todas partes, pero el povo era algo realmente inaceptable

Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ λίγο πηγαίνες να φας και το μπουφέ ήταν άδειο..Το δωμάτιο δεν το καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα..και το χειρότερο από όλα ήταν ότι η πισίνα του ξενοδοχείου δεν ήταν στο ίδιο το ξενοδοχείο έπρεπε να πας έξω να την βρεις.. το ίδιο και το Γυμναστήριο ..

Estuvimos realmente poco tiempo en el hotel pues en el día estuvimos conociendo la ciudad. El hotel es limpio y bien cuidado. Tiene una buena ubicación, pues está todavía dentro de la “Free Tram Zone” lo cual hace accesible el llegar al centro de la ciudad. Las 4 estrellas es porque el servicio de la recepción/concierge es regular. Nadie nos apoyó con las maletas y la “ayuda” del concierge fue muy poca.
