Kia Ora, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the fantastic view of the lake and hole 9! However, we are truly sorry that your suite wasn’t up to the high standards we aim to provide. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the cleanliness issues you encountered upon arrival. This is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We take your comments seriously, and we’ve passed them along to our housekeeping team to ensure these issues are addressed. We also understand your concerns about maintenance and will be reviewing the suite to make sure it receives the attention it needs. Kia ora Lance, We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Peppers Clearwater Resort Christchurch. It is always a pleasure to receive reviews as an encouragement to all of our team as we strive to continuously improve the quality of our services. With regards to the hump, this is a speed bump put in place to reduce the speed off vehicles coming into the courtyard. The path links the front 9 and back 9 of the Golf Couse and therefore is used by a lot of pedestrians. The speed bump was put in place due to a speeding vehicle and a nasty incident involving a pedestrian a couple of years ago. All TV's in the Resort are smart TV's and have a casting service available. Sorry of this was not explained to you. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope to welcome you back soon.
