What a great place to stay on the southern end of the Gold Coast. Comfortable rooms, on site free parking and a covered walkway to the Twin Towns Services Club where there are four or five different restaurants.

First Time Staying ..... Wont be our last. It was amazing!!

We had a fantastic stay this last weekend. Big shout out to Matthew in reservations. He was incredibly kind and professional. From reservation to checking in and out, our whole experience was perfect. Our room 1448 (1 bedroom apartment) was super clean and had everything we needed. The beds esp the pillows were super comfy (we opted for 2 single beds). The facilities were great. Indoor and outdoor pools, spas, gym were well maintained. Parking was underground, plenty of available spots and free. The buffet breakfast was amazing esp the signature omelette. An abundance of choices from fruits, cereals, yoghurts, hot food such as bacon, grilled tomatoes, baked beans, mushrooms, sausages, eggs etc. A great selection of pastries, pancakes, waffles etc. I have never eaten so much in my life!!! I didnt not have 1 bad encounter with the staff. Everyone was so friendly. It was great to be able to walk straight into the Twin Towns Services Club without going outside. They have an abundance of restaurants and if you are staying over the weekend, I recommend downloading the Twin Towns App and booking a restaurant early. The line up to get into each of the them was quite long. Because of this we only ate at the Tavern. Big credit to them. Even though they were busy, our food came out quickly and the steaks were cooked to perfection. This was our first time staying and it wont be the last. A big thank you to Mantra Twin Towns esp Matthew for making our stay memorable.

Bed Quilts wouldn't go astray! Expected a little luxury for the price.

Never have i stayed in a hotel that doesn't have a bed quilt or blankets! The beds are covered with just a bed sheet and my elderly mother froze the whole night! Disappointing for the price paid, we expected a little more luxury. Staff were nice, the hotel is a little tired but in a great location.

Thank you for providing feedback on your stay. all our rooms are supposed to have blankets on the beds, plus spares in the closet, I am sorry to hear that yours did not, and that you did not contact reception so we could have the opportunity to rectify this for you.

We were in the NSW side of the hotel. Did not have its own lobby. The room was perfect for what we needed for a 2 night stay. Had a small kitchenette, tea coffee, TV with foxtel, balcony with harbour views. You get to see the sunrise. Comfortable bed and additional pillows and blankets. House keeping daily. Close to the cafes, restaurants & shopping centres. All walking distance. Great coastal walks along the waters edge. This hotel is attached to the RSL club. Convenient.

Overpriced and dated

It's not worth what they charge. This place is so overpriced. We expected much more. Our room was old and of average cleanliness. The bed sheets were itchy. The whole building feels dated and needs renovation. The pool and spa looked ok but we did not use it.
