Dear Jaclyn, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear the apartment was suitable for a one-night stopover, but we’re sorry to learn about the issues you experienced during your stay. Unfortunately in our apartments air conditioning is not available in the bedrooms; however, all bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. We apologise that one of the fans was not working and appreciate your patience while our team arranged a portable fan for you. We also regret the disturbance caused by noise from the apartment above, particularly late at night, and understand how this would have impacted your comfort. For future reference, we do have after-hours security available to assist with noise complaints or disturbances, and guests are always welcome to contact them should any issues arise outside reception hours. Your comments have been noted and shared with our team, as feedback like this is important in helping us improve the guest experience.
