It was lovely to stay at Peppers. Raj,the duty manager was so empathetic and offered free upgrade from standard to deluxe room. The lakeview room was just amazing. All staff at concierge desk were awesome. I booked with them directly and got a very good deal and even a free upgrade. Recommend booking directly and not through third party sites for best rates. Will be staying at Peppers every time when in Tekapo. Thanks Raj and team

Overnight stop on way to Christchurch really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. You do need to get your payment system working properly though, telling me that $152 outstanding when i had prepaid accomodation was not a good look, fortunately the person on the counter accepted the evidence of my credit card statement, and the later invoice emailed out confirmed payment.

Failed to configure request for 4 separated beds on 5 November. Couldn't make tea or coffee due to power outage. Got stuck in shower with shampoo in my hair when power went out. Gas water heating went out too. Had to email them 2 days later to request tax invoice after they stated they would email it when power came on. The complex was mostly empty but still could carry out simple requests. Or carry out there own promises.

We had a brief but comfortable stay with Peppers. Under the circumstances of COVID restrictions etc it was nice to get away for a couple of nights. The room was clean and we were upgraded to a slightly bigger room on check-in which was appreciated. The accommodation is in such a lovely location and although we did have a bit of rain we still enjoyed our short stay. The staff are very friendly and the one meal (breakfast) we had at the restaurant was lovely. We would stay here again.
