Good location, overpriced.

Oversight when booking not checking the size of the basic hotel room & a word of warning, they are TINY, just 14sqm. Nowhere near enough space for 2 medium suitcases & carry on. Hotel was pretty empty but no offer of upgrade when we asked if there was a microwave in any of the hotel rooms, extra NZD$450 for our 2 night stay if we wanted to move. We picked the room up for a good price on a booking website, def would not have paid more for it, clearly leveraging location & size for premium price. Enjoyed dinner one night in the hotel restaurant with a generous 25% discount offer for members was well worth it. Staff were all friendly. Outdoor lighting around our wing was poor, many out of action.

Stayed here for 2 nights enroute from Christchurch to Queenstown. On check in we met Ryan at front desk who was so warm and welcoming, our stay was already of to a great start! He was extremely helpful and understanding and ensured that our stay was perfect. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment overlooking Lake tekapo which was super comfortable and right across the road from the local supermarket and a whole street of restaurants. Overall it was a very conveniently located hotel and made even better with great staff like Ryan.

We are glad that you loved our accommodation, and it feels great to know that our staff and service left a positive impression on you. We also hope your stay was comfortable, and you had easy access to everything you needed. We hope to serve you again soon.

This was our first ever stay at a Peppers resort and we both loved it. We had a beautiful, very well appointed room overlooking the lake. Our room was spacious and everything was very clean & worked well. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast & dinner on 2 occasions. The service was excellent, the coffee was great, & the food so delicious. Every staff member we interacted with was super friendly, warm, engaging & smiling. The staff really made our stay memorable. We are looking forward to returning for a longer stay in the future.

One of my bests stays in our 21 day vacation to oz and nz.the rooms and housekeeping was fantastic.the lady at the reception was helpful and guided us very well.the kids absolutely loved the place.Parking facility was provided in the vicinity.
