Not very good equipped with rest of dirt on the floor from guests before. No lobby but good parking place. Close to many places like restaurants and shopping. Many people from camping sites around. That gives a special feeling. Next time better not

I forgot the key inside my room before going out for dinner and when I returned around 9:00pm none one was at reception to help. Not even the phone number that was on displayed was answered therefore I had to sleep on a motel around the corner. I have complain to customer service twice and haven't received an email back yet. Very disappointed as I never had an issue with other Accor Hotels.

There are so many places in Port Maquarie don't bother with this one. Not customer focused. Only 2 towels in the bathroom on arrival. The balcony which in the online photo had a lovely view, was actually out onto a very busy, noisy strip mall. The bed too soft for me.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were undeniably nice and friendly, which was a great start. However, I did find myself a bit taken aback by a $200 pre-charge for potential damage to the room—a practice I haven’t encountered outside the USA. This might reflect the type of clientele the hotel usually attracts. After a luxurious week on the Gold Coast, where I enjoyed a beautiful apartment for $250 a night, this studio room felt like a letdown. The $250 price tag for a studio with no view and just a double bed seemed steep in comparison. Granted, I was only staying for one night, so it wasn’t a major issue, but it’s worth noting. On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently located close to eateries, shops, and other amenities, making it a practical choice if you’re planning to explore the area. The car park is a bit tight, so be prepared for that. The heated pool was a nice touch but was a tad on the cold side. Overall, while the location and service were good, the value for money didn’t quite meet expectations, especially when compared to the fantastic accommodations I enjoyed earlier in the week. If you’re in the area and need a place to stay overnight, it’s perfectly fine, but just be prepared for a basic experience at a premium price.
