Holiday away at the Bay

We enjoyed our stay at the Mantra HB. The rooms were clean, and the bed was very comfy. It was a beautiful marina facing room and lovely to wake up to the view each morning. The rooms are a bit dated now and probably need refurbishing. The only negative would be the step going into the rooms, it is a safety issue and should be addressed by management. Would we stay again.... yes, for sure!

Stayed 4 nights at the Mantra in Hervey Bay, in a 1 bedroom suite. The suite was really well furnished in the kitchenette. The main bedroom though was a fixed frame venetian blind that look over the walking corridor and it wasn't fully closed. Curtains were needed to cut out the light in the morning and ensure privacy. Apart from that, it was a great place.

The Mantra Hervey Bay is in an ideal location for those who wish to “get away from it all” but be close to boating, ferry, walks and restaurants. Facilities include kitchen if required and the wonderful staff will meet all expectations. The area is very safe for families or singles.

Good place to rest between days full of activities

The late check in was not a problem. We stayed in a marina facing hotel room which had a queen bed, small fridge, water boiler, and a bathroom toilet with a jaguzzi. The room was in the fifth floor. The billows and the bed was good and we did not hear any noise from the other rooms, outside or corridor. The room was clean but the carpet was old and had some stains as were the furniture.

This is a charming small room with beautiful views of the marina. It's just a short walk to the club and the whale-watching boats. There are also lovely restaurants around the marina. The sunset cruise was fantastic. For added convenience, it would be helpful to have hooks in the bathroom. Additionally, a full-length mirror in the room would significantly enhance the space.
