Great location, friendly staff. Perfect view of the marina. Highly recommend especially if considering a whale watching cruise. Very quiet part of the bay and close to Boat Club. We have stayed here twice previously and certainly will again .

Overall a disappointing experience. The reception area is tired and gloomy and unfortunately gives the vibe for what to expect. We stayed in an apartment with marina view but had to go through a weird dirty, dark interior passageway with two sets of really heavy doors that were difficult to manage with luggage to even get to our room. The room was clean but smelt musty, the bed was poor with a terrible old sunken mattress, I ended up sleeping on the floor on couch cushions. We had a balcony but this was shared with the room next door which thankfully was empty but the position of the outdoor unit for the air conditioner meant you had to watch not to hit your head on it. Great views over the marina and a hotel with so much possibility but it desperately needs some refurbishment and TLC. I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't stay there again.

The Accor Plus Flavours Event at Hervey Bay Mantra was extremely well organised and we had a fantastic holiday with a great time whale watching, attending the Fraser Coast Flavours event and making new friends. The Mantra is a great hotel with excellent staff, looking forward to staying there again.

Lovely apartment overlooking the marina, perfect for the Whale watching tours and trips to Fraser Island. Friendly staff, great accommodation and very reasonable rates for the facilities provided. The apartment we stayed in was very spacious with every amenity provided

A great location situated overlooking the marina - there are a few good restaurant nearby ; the room was spacious and suited our needs ; clean and tidy = 3 day was not long enough ; Fraser Island was over the water and good for whale watching All told well worth it
