A Relaxing Family Getaway at Mantra Hervey Bay

We stayed at Mantra Hervey Bay during the school holidays and had a lovely time as a family. The serviced apartments were clean, well-appointed, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, with beautiful marina views and a great selection of restaurants just a short stroll away. It made dining out with the kids a breeze, with plenty of family-friendly options close by. Parking in the secure area was a bit tricky when returning later in the evening, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker; just something to keep in mind if you're planning a busy day out. The hotel amenities were decent, though we were a little disappointed that the pool was temporarily closed due to a chemical imbalance. Hopefully that’s all sorted now as it would’ve been a great way to cool off after a day of exploring. Just a short 5-10min walk away is a nice little beach area anyway. All in all, Mantra Hervey Bay delivered a solid and enjoyable stay. It’s a great base for families looking to soak up the relaxed coastal vibe of Hervey Bay. We’d happily return!

I was travelling alone to tick off a couple of retirement bucket list items. This is the perfect place to stay for whale watching and K’Gari tours. The room was a little dated but clean and the view from the balcony was amazing! Easy walk to restaurants and tours with outdoor parking provided. The staff were so helpful and treated me like family. I would definitely stay here again. Pay the little extra for the Marina view. Well worth it!

Das Hotel ist zweckmäßig wenn man Ausflüge zum Whale Watching oder K‘Gari machen will. Die kleine Küche könnte besser eingerichtet sein aber ist im großen und ganzen in Ordnung. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner funktionieren sehr gut.

Et enkelt hotell med oppussingsbehov. Grei beliggenhet ved havna. Veldig bra restaurant i tilknytning til hotellet. Sikker parkering på inngjerdet område. Elendig wifi, fungerte stort sett ikke. Det er for dårlig i 2025. Sengene var gode.

Esta al lado del puerto, donde te recogen para ir a Fraser Island, rodeado de restaurantes y el casino. El Hotel es antiguo, las habitaciones pequeñas, no hay internet en las habitaciones, pero puedes usar un PC en recepción. Es mas grande casi el baño con jacuzzi dentro de la habitación que la propia habitación.
