Nice view of the ocean. Room was smelly though. Room lacked a bin. When using the lift, we entered to be asked by an employee to move out so he could use the lift to take up a bag trolley. On our second day the lifts were out of service and we we were told to walk to the stairs only to find the door to the stairs were locked. Too many issues to make it more than an average stay, especially considering the price we had paid for the room.

I stayed 3 nights for a conference, and the property itself was lovely. Beautiful pools and right on the beach, lots of places to eat nearby (with the price reflecting the location). I ate at Giulia Italian and had a delicious Margherita pizza. The Mexican was nice but what I ordered was too spicy for me! Had coffee daily from Salt cafe. The only downside was lack of reasonably priced transport from the airport. No shuttle. I relied on my friend with a car so it's probably best to hire one so you can visit nearby whale watching locations like Cabarita Beach or take a surf lesson with Josh at In2Surf.

We are returning guests to this property. Love this resort and location. Beach only a few steps away. Units are maintained to an exceptionally high standard. Gardens are well well cared for. Good facilities. Choice of restaurants within walking distance.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicacion, las instalaciones son grandes y bien equipadas con barbacoas y mesas, las dos piletas son excelentes. El hotel cuenta con diversas entradas que facilitan el acceso al hotel y las habitaciones.
