Good communication with staff after I had to change my booking to a bigger room. Room was clean and tidy and was perfect for what was required. It wasn’t made clear online that there was parking onsite but I found parking in street across the road which was cheaper. Overall a positive experience and will be returning!

Really good stay, the apartment had great views and was the perfect size for an 2 night stay. The only downfall was the “king” bed was 2 singles pushed together which made for a really uncomfortable sleep. Ended up sleeping on the pull out couch.

Having just left Peppers at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast, and then entered the mantra apartment, we were stunned. With VERY little in the price difference, the WHOLE apartment was EXTREMELY dated. Old and dirty cooker top, the fridge /freezer was grubby and needed defrosting. ALL The Curtains in the lounge were stained and the lounge suite was old and stained. We took our 'city car' with us, just as well. Please be aware the car park is VERY TIGHT. However this hotel is well appointed to enable you to walk into and around Brisbane

La posizione è buona in quanto si accede facilmente al Pier di Eagle Street, ed alla zona centrale. A livello di struttura si tratta di un hotel datato con piscina e palestra ridicole e mal tenute. La palestra ha un'area ridotta, un tapis non funzionante (dopo 3 giorni non ho visto nessun miglioramento), e macchine obsolete. La colazione costa 30 AUD ed offre o un buffet scarso o un menu discreto.

Ottima struttura, centrale panoramica funzionale, ha una piccola piscina e la palestra per gli ospiti. Albergo sito in un grattacielo di 30 piani, moderno e pulito. Le camere sono grandi pulite e confortevoli, c'è anche il lettore dvd oltre al televisore e come in tutti gli alberghi australiani nei quali siamo stati c'è un angolo cottura, asse e ferro da stiro e perfino una lavasciuga per fare il bucato. La struttura è a 20 mt da un mini cetro commerciale con supermercato, farmacia, bar, panetteria e negozio di alcolici. Dalla hall dell'albergo si accede direttamente al ristorante australiano BBB specializzato in carne alla brace cucinata in tutti i modi possibili, dove abbiamo cenato due volte su un totale di 6 gg a Brisbane e ci siamo trovati bene. Il Brisbane river è a pochi passi così come la stazione dei treni (circa 10 minuti a piedi). La pulizia delle camere ed il cambio delle lenzuola sono regolari. Il personale è gentile e disponibile e ci ha aiutato a prenotare le escursioni che abbiamo scelto. Per un soggiorno a Brisbane è una buona scelta, il costo (circa € 93,00 per camera doppia a notte) è basso in riferimento alla qualità offerta. A&I
