Dear Keun H., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your initial room allocation was not what you had expected. I completely understand that floor preference can be important, particularly for our valued Accor Diamond members. On the day of your arrival, the room on Level 1 was unfortunately the only available option within that specific room category. This room type is very limited in our building and represents our highest category, meaning there are no higher room types available for upgrade. The remaining rooms of this type had already been occupied by guests who had checked in several days prior. Please be assured that your membership status was recognised, and the allocation was based purely on availability at the time rather than a lack of consideration. As soon as another room became available within the same category, our team arranged your move to a higher floor the following day. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will take this as an opportunity to ensure we communicate availability constraints more clearly at check-in. Regards, Luna Nguyen General Manager
