스테이플러스 1박으로 예약해서 제가 결제할 금액은 50달러 정도였습니다 그런데 500불이 결제가 되었고 (스테이플러스 쿠폰도 적용되어있었습니다)알면서 일부러 결제한것 같아 보였습니다 다시 가서 잘 못 결제되었다 환불해달라하니 환불은 잘 받았지만 사과 한마디 없었습니다 기분이 굉장히 좋지 않았습니다 그래서 다시는 멜버른을 간다면 노보텔 센트럴은 이용하고 싶지 않습니다

이불, 베개 시트 그냥 다시 정리만 해놓고 새걸러 안 교체합니다. 교체하겠다고 요청했는데도요. 전날 이불어 묻었던 얼룩 그대로 있습니다. 그리고 초콜릿 먹다가 포장제거 안 한 상태로 뒀는데 버렸습니다. 진짜 황당하네요 ㅎㅎㅎ

화장실이랑 분리가 잘 안되어 있어서 아쉬웠지만(중문 없음) 깨끗하고 위치가 시내랑 가까워서 도보로 여기저기 갈 수 있는게 좋았습니다. 방에서 신을 수 있는 슬리퍼가 없어서 아쉬웠지만 그 외에는 다 구비가 되어 있어서 편리하게 이용했습니다! 헬스장도 작지만 있을 건 다 있어서 이용하기 좋았어요.
