We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our convenient location, found the bed comfortable, and were overall satisfied with your stay. We do apologise, however, for the inconsistent water temperature and weaker shower pressure you experienced. We understand how this can affect the comfort of a stay, and your comments will be shared with our Engineering team for review. We are also sorry that the face towel was not replenished during one of your room services. This appears to have been an oversight, and we appreciate your understanding in using the alternative towel provided. Your feedback will be shared with our Housekeeping team as a reminder to ensure all amenities and linen are thoroughly checked and replenished during room servicing.
