No mini bar. Restaurant permanently closed. Paid for housekeeping and received none- came back to messy room and dirty dishes! Phone not working in the room. Also had to pay for parking . Will never ever stay again ! 2 stars at best. Also had to pay upfront! Very very dissatisfied

This review has been passed onto our Housekeeping Management to review & take the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence as this is not up to our high standards. Our Restaurant is currently open for Breakfast and Lunch on weekdays and only Continental Breakfast on weekends. We also have pre cooked options for Dinner. Also, we are in process to open our dinner services soon. As the hotel does not have its own parking we offer discounted parking for public parking located next to hotel. Alternatively street parking options are available near to hotel. Once again accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience. Hope you give us another chance to serve you better. Adequate but over priced.

Although the room was well presented clean and tidy, it was less than expected for the price tag. Parking was extra and continental breakfast was expensive. We stayed here two night, it is centrally located to many of the Canberra attractions and is easily accessed.

Apart from the rooms being tiny, no where to eat in hotel, no food nearby, difficult to exit, no footpath to walk, almost got run over, never again..only packets of chips and breakfast in the morning available

Basic Facilities Sloppy Housekeeping

Basic facilities and the location suited me. Definitely a no frills experience but it was budget priced for Canberra. Housekeeping is sloppy and the shower grille was filthy and full of hair. Asked to have it cleaned and it was but didn't do anything about the mouldy spots on the grout. No breakfast or cafe options as cafe is set up but not functioning. You get what you pay for!

Value for money, good location but needs a good update

Convenient location, great cheap car parking, rooms need updating, shower drains need cleaning, staff are great. Value for money but rooms definitely could be updated & checked, eg our bed sheet had a big hole in it’s side
