The hotel's reception foyer, corridors and pool area are beautiful and really well maintained... But as soon as you leave the pool area and step into your own room's patio the beauty stops. We stayed in a pool access 2 bedroom unit and the room was super tired and in urgent need of a deep clean (under the furniture, dust and wipe down the walls). The carpets were stained and the coffee table had a burn mark in it, with the furnishings strategically placed to cover it. I'm grateful we weren't charged for the cot as it was as rundown as the room was. The TV was fuzzy and unwatchable which wasn't the end of the world as the lounge was too gross to sit on. Great location though and the reception staff were mostly really friendly. Plus the bed was comfy, nice and firm! However, you really can't ethically charge those prices until you give the place a clean and a light renovation (paint/carpets). I'm disappointed as we saved up for ages for this holiday

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a 1 Bedroom Deluxe Suite - Pool-Ocean View. It was absolutely lovely to sit on the spacious (and shaded) balcony overlooking the pool and ocean and simply relax. The room itself exceeded expectations as well, it was spacious and included kitchenette and washing machine. Blackout shades for sleeping were very effective. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was delightful and really large, with plenty of seating in shade or sun depending on preference. The only negative I would say was the shower over bathtub. As a 50+ woman I found it a slip hazard with a very high bath-wall to step over when getting in or out of the shower. I would love to stay here again.

I have nothing nice to say about this motel there is no service the rooms are outdated particularly the one that we stayed in. But the photos that I put up will give you an idea of what this room looks like we paid top dollar to stay in a place that did not even make your bed there was absolutely no room service if I wanted a new towel I had to go all the way down to the reception and ask for a towel. I have nothing to gauge the room that we were given with the others but looking at reviews this motel is very outdated. The photos that they have on their website are not a true indication of the rooms. False advertising at its best.

The hotel is located in prime position, close to the beach and town centre. The reception staff although not being overly welcoming were efficient. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Please note that there was spa bath combined shower that needs to be climbed into. The pool was well maintained and had easy access.

Excellent accomodation. Spotlessly clean. Right on ocean front, few minutes away from the ferry point to Palm Beach. Immediately underneath is a Memorial Club (Diggers) that is a beautiful place with excellent food and drink, including a large covered deck area. Highly recommend.
