Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable and in very good condition. Staff were very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend staying here for a night if you are passing through to somewhere else. Not really a holiday or vacation type place if that's what you are looking for. No breakfast facilities that I could see. But I couldn't fault it for a one-night stay. Will definitely be back if I am on my way through the area again.

Staff very helpful .... accommodation very clean good Location to Cafe and Esplanade. ....Plenty of parking...... Bonus beach towels provided.. Spa was amazing.. The pool is kept very clean.......short walk to shucks takeaway .... We will be back!👍👍👍

Good stay but….

The pool needs to be heated as it’s the only thing to do at the hotel. Kitchen too small for 6 night stay and 2 bedroom unit! Bar fridge is not functional for the length of stay. Beds need replacing. One lounge - needs two and needs replacing as it was uncomfortable

Can’t say I was impressed, for the amount of money charged, it was noisy, staff were rude, restaurant was terrible. Room had a terrible smell and pubic hairs left in the bathtub. If you want any privacy, keep curtains and block out curtains closed as you can see straight into other people’s rooms and they can see straight into ours. Parking is for all people so the club had something on which meant no parking underground, we had to park on the street and walk with our luggage.

Convenient and fun with 3 teenagers

Booked 2 rooms with 3 teens. The kids room is exactly at the pool, which is really great access for them to go to swim and our room is on the 3rd floor facing their room so it was really great arrangements for us to give them privacy and we could also watch over them. The hotel is really convenient and a walk distance to the beach and shops. Highly recommend!
