We take cleanliness and comfort very seriously, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. We want to assure you that we regularly have a professional pest control service to maintain the property, and while we are located in a bushland area, we do our best to manage the natural environment. We also take your comments regarding cleanliness seriously and will be investigating the concerns you raised about the rooms. Mould, spider webs, and dirty furniture are not acceptable, and we will ensure that these issues are addressed immediately. We understand how disappointing it must have been to feel that the photos didn’t reflect the actual experience, and we apologize for not meeting your expectations.
