If I could rate 20 stars here for Darwin, then I would definetely do that so many times. Darwin was very helpful, friendly, polite and I would say one of the best receptionist I’ve ever met. I am not exaggerating but I am saying everything that I really experience. Great hotel as well! Hope to see Darwin again when we stay in Melbourne!

We recently moved to Victoria, Australia, and decided to enjoy a comfortable stay at Novotel Preston before moving to our own place. I am a fan of Novotel brand and Novotel Preston has exceeded our expectations with its excellent staff and top-notch facilities. One highlight is the workstation in our room, perfectly positioned with an inspiring view that sets a positive tone for the day. I’m also impressed with the bath essentials—they have a delightful scent that I absolutely love. Additionally, there’s a beautifully designed spot in the lobby that’s ideal for aesthetic photos, adding to the overall charm of our stay.

The room was nice, convenient and when it came to amenities, total satisfactory. My stay in Novotel was surely made remarkable by the friendliest staff. Sir Edwin was very insightful and very willing to help me as I am a tourist in Melbourne. He was telling me which places are nice to visit and famous restaurants around the city. He made me feel welcome especially when he knew I was also from the Philippines. I commend the staff and the service.

L'Hotel è molto ampio con un gran numero di camere. La camera è piuttosto ampia e curata. Sono stato qui per più di un mese e mi sono trovato molto bene. Ottima la colazione con vasta scelta e buon cappuccino (hanno le cialde nespresso). Buono anche il ristorante.  Decisamente non adeguato il bagno della camera: il lavabo è microscopico, la doccia non ha un box ma solo una tendina ...

Bellissimo residence situato a Preston, circa 25 minuti di taxi dall'aereoporto e 20 minuti di metro dal CBD. Ci siamo trovati bene, stanze spaziose e ben fornite. Una pecca è che la connessione wifi è a pagamento, circa 40 euro per un mese. Il prezzo è tutto sommato onesto vista la posizione molto tattica. La stazione della metro, Bell station, si raggiunge con una camminata di circa 10 minuti. Sicuramente consigliato
