Disappointing experience

Great position, convenient pool access, nicely updated reception foyer, convenient parking✅ Very disappointed to be allocated a poorly maintained ‘privately owned’ apartment within a property that is advertised as deluxe, modern & well appointed ? Numerous issues - missing kitchen door shelf in tiny fridge, dirty & saggy brown sofa, sliding door issues, totally cracked bathroom basin, faulty toilet, broken fixtures & fittings, unclean fixtures, tablet found on the floor, unclean kitchenware and many more other issues…Reception’s only response was an offering to move us to another dual-key apartment, 24 hrs after unpacking our luggage. Totally unreasonable and why give us this poorly maintained apartment to begin with ? Unfair - a big yes !!! Was there a better dual- key apartment available - why did we get an inferior ? The blame has been put onto us for not accepting a change to another dual-key rooms.❌Please do not disappoint any further guests until basic maintenance & hygiene issues are managed professionally, correctly and resolved. It’s simply not fair to expect guests to accept poor standard for $$$ paid.

I want to clarify that during your stay, the only concern we were made aware of was the missing fridge shelf. We understand that this was inconvenient, but as it’s not a significant issue, we believed that moving to an alternate room would have resolved it. Our team went above and beyond by offering you a solution to change rooms, but we understand that you didn’t feel this was a suitable resolution. It’s unfortunate that we didn’t hear about the other concerns you’ve mentioned during your stay. If we had known about the other issues such as the sofa, sliding door, or bathroom fittings, we would have done everything we could to address them immediately. We always strive to maintain the highest standards, and I sincerely apologise for not meeting that bar in your case. Please rest assured that we take your feedback seriously, and we will address these maintenance and hygiene concerns to ensure they are rectified. Accommodation looking a bit worn and tired.

During our stay in a swim out room we found the area near the spa very slippery when wet. There was also very limited signage or warning that the area is slippery except for a very small line in a sign behind the spa. Would advise extreme caution in these areas.

While all our tiles are slip-rated and signage is in place as per safety standards, we do recommend exercising caution, including using a towel when exiting the spa to prevent slips. This place is absolutely relaxing, quiet and affordable. We stayed in a pool room, and it was clean, tidy, awesome welcome gift for being an Accor member, service was fantastic and nothing too much trouble. Close walk to town and BBQ area on site to enjoy the accommodation even more.

Très bon accueil de la part de David ! Il nous a très bien renseigné sur les activités alentours et a été attentif à nos questions. Propre et spacieux, nous avons passé un agréable moment avec la piscine en accès direct depuis notre appartement !! Dommage de ne pas être restés plus longtemps

Me gusto . cómodo cerca del centro.buenas piscinas.Limpio.Viajamos con mi nieto.le adicionaron una cama en el living.eso si habíamos reservado tres camas y nos dieron una habitación con cama matrimonial.Despues se soluciono con esta cama en el living. Ese fue el único inconveniente.
