Extremely happy about the sound of ocean waves 24/7, fresh coastal air, tropical plants around my stay, even the magnificent mountains around this area, just speechless. It's an escape for a real life living. Mantra Amphora has spotless public health management, which make your stay more than just comfortable.

NO ELEVATORS! So, if you are a larger family , or cannot carry your own bags you need to book a noisy ground floor. Six sets of stairs to the top floor with heavy cases. Finding your way around this complex needs a course in navigation. So complicated! While the room is spacious, don’t expect to feel welcomed . Not even a bottle of water in the fridge, no bathroom staples like a shower cap. The check out lady at reception was rude and not helpful. They expect you to have air conditioning on at 25 degrees in humid Cairns. Way overpriced and definitely NOT 41/2 star! Where do these people get their ratings from- disappointed

It is regrettable that you were not informed by your agent that our property is stair access only. It is advertised on all booking platforms as being Stair access only. You were allocated a high floor as this is what was requested in your booking and we like to fulfill as many guest requests as possible. I understand your disappointment if you have not been advised at the time of booking so that the choice would have been yours. All of our rooms are setup with the necessary supplies required to start your holiday and any additional supplies (including shower caps) for the room are provided free of charge via reception if needed. Mantra Amphora is located just across the street from the beach, and for that alone one has to give it 5 stars, but then you have the mid range furniture inside and the tired colors on the walls. But it doesn't really matter much when holidaying in FNQ, especially if you're out and about all day exploring different locations. Fully furnished apartments include small kitchenette, washing machine and dryer, where they come handy in small place like Palm Cove. Secure parking is available on site, and really if you're not fussy people, Mantra Amphora is good enough for great holiday in stunning location. We miss it already.

朝早くに着いたにもかかわらず妻が具合が悪かったのでアーリーチェックインをしてくれたのは大変助かりました! エレベーターが無いのは高齢者には辛い！ スタッフが皆親切でフレンドリー！ VIVOの割引があると嬉しい!

Piscina limpa, quartos limpos e troca de toalhas sempre que precisamos, Tipo flat, com fogao, geladeira, maquina de lavar loucas, roupas e secadoras. Tranquilo e sem barulhos. Hotel para familia com crianças, Nao pode beber nem levar copos de vidro para a area da piscina.
