Centrally located, clean room with basic facilities

The hotel is centrally located, very close to bus station and riverside market, the room offered to us was nice, though a bit small, has all the basic facilities required for a comfortable stay, there was 24/7 hot water supply, the front office staff were helpful and informative. Over all, we had a comfortable stay at this hotel

nothing was too much of a problem, they were very relaxed and always ready ... the food was delicious! the room was small but perfectly formed; i stayed a whole week and never once felt in the way or forgotten. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!

The hotel had a great location, with all business and leisure spots within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Breakfast was a feast, which is not always available at that price. The staff were friendly too.

Just the location is okay. The room is awful tiny like a matchbox. Bathroom and shower is the size of toilet in the aircraft. Booked with breakfast but while checking in they asked to pay $25 per day. Parking is not convenient as it's $25 per day and almost on the 7th floor going in circles and to drag the luggage's almost 100meters. I have check with the reception desk next day that the booking includes breakfast she apologized but stated it's a human error can't do anything. I will not recommend.

Not the best of service throughout the stay, needs to obtain some training from the rest of the Accor group of hotels in other city's which we have stopped in. They weren't welcoming on check in, at the bar or at breakfast (please smile and be polite, we had travelled a long way to stop there!!) They were limited on what free drink we could have as part of being a platinum member, this hadn't happens in any of the other 8 places we had stopped in! The computer says no! The choice and mess at breakfast wasn't pleasant and no offer of different coffees. We didn't eat breakfast the second night we stopped. We did however have a room upgrade which was lovely, the size was great and newly decorated. But the room was dark and gloomy and not a great view.
