When booking I added a note that the reason for the stay was my birthday, had booked a double windowless room however when we arrived not only did they upgrade us to a king room, they also gave us a note, chocolate bar and late check out! I had forgotten my uk to nz adapter so I asked reception and they found one and borrowed it to me! So kind! Rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy and blinds made the room blackout. The location was amazing, plenty of parking around just 2 minute walk away. Lots of bars and restaurants close by.

Great location. Overall good facilities and toiletries. Big shower! Pillows could be a bit better! Bed was a bit hard for me! Decent hotel and I would certainly stay here again. Friendly staff. Check in was easy even though we arrived around 2.30am. Communication was great

This is a large contemporary hotel adjacent to the cbd. The room is tiny. As in it would make a Japanese person think twice. You literally cannot move around the bed. It is jammed in. Because the shower is so small water gets everywhere. And to top it off the heating - cooling clearly has no relationship to the dial.

Loved our stay here. Warm and welcoming staff, super accommodating, top marks on cleanliness and freshly serviced each day, comfy bed and pillows, could walk everywhere around the city…would definitely stay again.

Room was far too small for a couple. Unfortunately we weren't the ones that booked. Room wasn't the cleanest either. Would be OK for a single person. Wouldn't need to be a bigger person either to fit in the shower. Have to climb onto the bed as it is quite high so the luggage can be stored underneath. Was just a nightmare for 2 people. If you are by the wall in bed, you had to climb over the other to go to the toilet. Was very chlostrophobic.
