I love the location as convenient for meeting with old friends during my stay. The room was very comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating. I have stayed there before and would stay there again. I didn't need to rent a car because friends like to meet at Ala Moana.

I reserved a room from Friday 8/30 till Sunday 9/1 the first night was good the second night lots of noise coming from the room above mine , a couple fighting till 2am

Convenient location comfortable stay. but I had to have housekeeping come in and change the shower curtain was moldy. But It’s a good place for the locals to stay.

Reservation agent was quick to book & understanding of family emergency. Laundry facilities were a convenience. Hotel location to hospital, shopping & restaurants is an asset.

Kamaaina stay cation- perfect from greeting to checkout! One suggestion would be to allow online checkin to minimize the people waiting to checkin. We waited 45 minutes but front desk served with Aloha
