The location is excellent right by the Ala Moana shopping center. They have a skyway to walk to the parking structure to access it through Macy's. I gave it a poor rating due to the pee that was left on the seat by the housekeeping crew. The room was not clean when we checked in. Pee was left on the seat. The garbage in the room was still full with some items. Obviously the person who cleaned it didn't really do a solid job. The front desk moved us to another room, but that was all. Not sure how a room gets left half clean.

This was our first time in Hawai’i. From booking the room to departing the hotel we were very pleased with this hotel. The staff were very friendly. The room was nice and filled our needs! We went to the Signature restaurant for happy hour, loved it bartender, Josh. The appetizers were delicious and so we booked a reservation for our last night there. I can’t express enough how wonderful the food and service were! My husband got the bone in rib eye and it melted in our mouth. I got the miso butterfish and never had better tasting food. The side portions are huge and shareable. We will definitely return if the opportunity ever presents!

Check in was easy, staff at front desk was nice. Room clean when we came and cleaning staff did a good job each day. The valet people were excellent and got our car with a smile and quick. I have no complaints.
