Staff was very helpful and friendly! Perfect location for all the things we wanted to do, and the room was nice! We went for a concert, but also wanted to shop so it was the best option for that. I love that there is a Starbucks in the lobby, and the mall is walking distance so we didn’t need to rent a car! The pool area is very nice too :)

I did a Sraycation with my family. We had 2 rooms. My daughter had to attend a conference so the location was so convenient. My grandkids loved the pool & the breakfast buffet. Housekeeping were so kind to give us extra towels. We were so close to Ala Moana Center that we could all walk there too!

The room was clean, the staff was excellent - from the front desk, to the service at the restaurants (pint & jigger and the breakfast place), to the maids, even the parking attendant…everyone was wonderful. My Mom & I were back home for a funeral and the friendly service made the trip more bearable. The only thing I don’t miss is the Honolulu traffic.
