Appreciated the room rate for medical stay. However, the bathroom was in need of some renovation and the chair/bed had soiled upholstery. The mad service was excellent and the public spaces were good. We have stayed here before due to the access to the Ala Moana Mall.

it was our 30year anniversary we both knew we wanted to staycation at Alamoana. we didn’t need to go anywhere. for our two nights stay. went to Pints & Jiggers for some burgers & beers first night. had reservations to Signature Prime for our anniversary dinner the following night. then of course had to have your breakfast buffet before check out. everyone was so kind wishing us a happy anniversary from check in to check out. thank you 😊

... would be nice to inform why charge extra few days after I left the hotel

Everything was OK apart from the fact my credit card was charged extra few days after I left. No email , no info. Nothing ! I contacted the hotel via email and no response after 48h. That is bad... especially that I am loyal platinium member of Accor for over 15 years. Never happened to me before.
