Lovely hotel, central location

We stayed here for a week having stayed in the Novotel City Hotel. The cons are that you cannot change money at the hotel but there are places nearby. Over the road always had system issues so we ended up searching for an exchange place. If you turn right out the hotel, following the pavement to the end of the road and turn left, go straight down the road and you will see an exchange place on your left across the road. The other con is simply that it is not a noise cancelling room. Staff were really nice. The suite we had was very roomy and were surprised have two bathrooms and a real fridge and freezer. We did not cook but there are cooking facilities. Breakfast was really nice and plentiful. It is in the business center so we had to venture out but it was centrally located to the mall, beach and the old city which we knew before booking. Lots of food and shops nearby. Roof top pool was a novelty but a bit cold in October, we still gave it a go. You eat up there, swim or just relax on huge beanbags. We booked a taxi through the hotel for the way home but I regret not sticking with my transfer as it was just a regular taxi who charged a lot and we were all squashed in. Last time my private transfer did not turn up so we gave this ago. It is a really nice hotel and really nice staff and I really could not fault it. My two cons are just personal preference. Lovely place to stay and we would go back. The doorman always went out of their way to help us get a taxi. It was such a nice experience to stay here.

J’ai passé une soirée magnifique à l’hôtel Le Bir by Adagio, et cela a été rendu encore plus spécial grâce à l’accueil de Sanna et Abdessamad. Dès mon arrivée, Sanna a été extrêmement chaleureuse et accueillante, veillant à ce que je sois installé confortablement. Abdessamad, quant à lui, a fait preuve d’une grande gentillesse et de disponibilité tout au long de la soirée. Ils ont vraiment su rendre mon expérience inoubliable ! Le service est exceptionnel, et leur attention aux détails m’a vraiment impressionné. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, et je reviendrai sans hésiter. L'agent d'entretien Khadija est vraiment super, à l'écoute, très gentille, très souriante, très serviable! Ce fut un plaisir de séjourner dans votre hôtel car le personnel est très accueillant et bienveillant ! Fermer la piscine en hiver est très bien car c'est écologique, en revanche nous avons trouvé dommage que le roof-top ne soit pas animé du tout en hiver, par exemple nous ne pouvions pas prendre un verre en terrasse...

Nice property offering good service and good standard of facilities my Studio was overlooking the main road is offering nice view however if your sleep is soft its better to ask for other type of rooms looking over the other side , the welcome was superb by Mohammed thee front Guest Satisfaction agent he was offering the needed assistance and adequate information , I missed to try their roof top restaurant as my stay was swift surely will recommend this property for leisure travellers as its near Casablanca foot ball stadium and less than 4 kilometers to the corniche , the quality of beds and pillows was perfect
