前台服务特别好，我在前台欧元换汇，因为没有零钱让我先出去玩 等回来了在还给他，我口袋里摸出零钱 居然说先放着打车用零钱方便 玩好再给我，我护照落在前台 还好心帮我送到房间 真的给我印象太好了

酒店设施陈旧，完全没有维护，房间只有一个插座，厕所按钮锈迹斑斑。预订了双床房却没有，值班经理毫无歉意。

整个过程都很差 其中最令人深刻是某一晚然后送两瓶水 等了一晚上也没有送来 办入住也没有送欢迎饮品
