Excelente equipo de personas, amables, educados y serviciales , muy buena ubicacion del Hotel.
El servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones es muy malo, barrían cada tres días, tuve que pedir varias veces que repusieran el shower gel, de las 7 noches que estuve ,3 noches me tuve que lavar el cuerpo con shampoo porque no reponían el jabón para el cuerpo. Un día te dejaban todas las toallas y al día siguiente se olvidaban de poner las de mano o las de cara.
Para el huésped que se aloja un día , le dejan 2 capsulas de café y para nosotros que nos alojamos 7 días , también dos capsulas , debería haber hecho 7 reservas individuales y hacer check in y check out todos los días, para que dejaran café todos los días y para que barrieran el piso ?

La vista exquisita, preciosa habitación, excelente insonorización de la habitación. Usé el gimnasio, el sauna y comi en el restaurante. Muy cómodo el uso y asistencia con la cochera. Todo excelente.
Lo único que destaco es que todos los días que estuve el restaurante estuvo abarrotado de gente y sentimos con mi pareja que no había suficiente personal para atender a tantas personas, sobre todo en los desayunos. Se los veía sin parar ni un minuto y su reacción ante un pedido o consulta si bien era amable, se sentía sin predisposición a asistir a la misma por tener otras cosas que hacer prioritarias. Así, varios pedidos que hicimos quedaron sin respuesta.
Por otro lado, sentimos lo mismo con el personal de limpieza. Pedimos asistencia a la habitación en varias oportunidades (si aclaro que fue fuera del ciclo programado del personal para limpiar) y no cumplían con el pedido.
Finamente, creemos que es un gran hotel, pero no para visitar en temporada alta o cuando tienen muchas actividades programadas en el restaurante. Los espacios abiertos terminan llenos de gente y ruido y, como destaqué anteriormente, baja significativamente la calidad de la atención y el servicio.
