Travelling alone for work with a 9 month old. Staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough to help. Brilliant experience. Food was delicious and they were super chilled about the mess made by a weaning baby. Bed very comfortable. Location excellent.

The best hotel in east London!

This is my home away from home in London! Super friendly staff, nice clean rooms and great service when you need it. I used to live down the road so this is the perfect location to get the local experience of east london. The two best markets in London within a short walking distance. You can even drop of your purchases in your room before walking to the next one. Great clubs nearby too if that's your vibe. Great value for money too. It's as good as the other nearby options that are twice the price.

I had the most comfortable stay and all the staff were so lovely, especially Mar and Monique!! Beds were comfy and the room was very tidy with a great view of the street. The food at the restyling was also good, would definitely come back for drinks

This hotel was fantastic! Everything about it was great and we would love to go back! The staff were incredible, helpful and friendly. The bar and restaurant was beautiful styled and made you want to stay longer! The food was delicious and really reasonably priced The rooms were perfectly furnished and comfortable - the mattress was a little on the hardside. We loved the deco everywhere and would love to try a karaoke booth next time! We would love to go back and will recommend to others.
