Не очень , очень долго ждали чтобы заселиться. Рум сервис хромает , меню нет , в номере пыльно . На завтрак мест нет , пришлось ждать

The room was extremely good—spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hotel was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with festive Christmas decorations, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very humble and polite, and they graciously offered us an early check-in as we were tired, which we truly appreciated. The food was amazing in both taste and quality. A special thanks to Jizen, who placed a lovely handwritten note saying “Thank you for staying with us, enjoy your weekend,” and beautifully decorated it with rose petals. Overall, everything was perfect and memorable.

The location isn't great. However, the room is beautiful and very comfortable. On the other hand, don't trust the taxi driver in the basement; she'll send you to private taxis and charge you more than double the price—she's definitely making her commission.

In our stay We really happy of everything. A very humble welcome of the staff. Supportive and very responsive team. We love how clean and neat they are. like rooms corridors, elevators and lobby areas.
